Ha.....well.....um....yeah, second space piece I know. But I like em a lot! 
It's above title makes no sense to me. Nor any more sense than why they call mars mars except that it was named after the roman god of war. Well "Tios Asla" is some alien speach that means "the governing three." They hold a gravity balance with each other to ensure that they can keep from being swept into space from thier sun. Weird concept I know. Just pure imagination.
